Today I will be sharing with you 3 reasons why you should work with a hypnotherapist. More importantly, today I will be helping you to make a solid decision of whether you want to work under the coaching and guidance of a hypnotherapist or spend the time and go through the ups and downs of trying to do it yourself.
The thing is, hypnotherapy is NOT suitable for everyone! That’s the truth.
I know of so many people who are really only slightly interested change. What I mean by that is that change sounds nice, but only if someone can hand it to them on a platter. They aren’t ready to dig deep. They haven’t really found their “WHY”. That’s what I want you to think about today. Your “why”.
After talking to dozens of my most successful clients, I have distilled the 3 main reasons why anyone would want to work with a hypnotherapist. And some of these might surprise you!
Because it cuts through all of your bulls*%t. When we work in the subconscious, we go deeper than your excuses and the walls you’ve put up. That’s where the work gets done and that’s what makes hypnotherapy so effective and efficient.
Because ALL hypnosis is SELF hypnosis. Say what? Because of the movies, people have this idea that a hypnotist is an all-powerful being who controls people’s minds. That couldn’t be further from the truth. A hypnotist is like a guide, a coach, who will help you get yourself into a place of deep relaxation and focus. No one is controlling you. YOU allow the process to happen. And what’s so great about this? It means that you will learn how to cultivate this in yourself, even after your sessions are over!
Resolution, baby. We’ve all seen the TED Talks, we’ve read books and watched videos telling us all the ways we SHOULD be living and feeling, right? If only it were that easy! The problem arises when you try to figure out what to DO with that information! You might agree logically with the IDEA that you should be more confident. But how do you actually FEEL more confident? That’s where all the self- help falls short. The HOW. And that’s exactly where hypnotherapy shines. It is the TOOL you need to actually change. It is a process that allows you to re-write those negative subconscious associations so that you can actually FEEL differently. You can finally get RESOLUTION! How cool is that?
